Study of magnetic order of domain walls based on zigzag graphene nanoribbons under size effect

The magnetic order of domain walls (DWs) based on zigzag graphene nanoribbons (ZGNR) with mixed spins S = 3/2 and σ = 1 is investigated using the Monte Carlo study under effect size. Phase diagrams of DWs based ZGNR were found. Magnetic phases more stable are found in several planes. The thermal of...

Summary:The magnetic order of domain walls (DWs) based on zigzag graphene nanoribbons (ZGNR) with mixed spins S = 3/2 and σ = 1 is investigated using the Monte Carlo study under effect size. Phase diagrams of DWs based ZGNR were found. Magnetic phases more stable are found in several planes. The thermal of total magnetizations, partial, and magnetic susceptibilities is found. The reduced Néel temperature is deduced. The effect of exchange interaction and crystal field on total magnetizations is studied. The magnetic hysteresis cycles of DWs based ZGNR with mixed spins S = 3/2 and σ = 1 under effect of size, temperature, exchange interaction and crystal field are found. •Magnetic order of DWs based on ZGNR is investigated using the Monte Carlo study.•Magnetic phases more stable are found in several planes.•The reduced Néel temperature is deduced under size effect.•Effect of exchange interaction and crystal filed on magnetizations is studied.•Magnetic hysteresis cycle of DWs based ZGNR with mixed spins are found.
