Summary: | The primary purpose of our inquiry is to assess the impacts of environmentally-specific servant leadership (ESS leadership) on green performance at both team and individual levels. Participants from tour companies based in Vietnam provided the data for our inquiry. The results demonstrated the mediating role of green climate for the effects of ESS leadership on team and individual green performance. Green crafting functioned as a mediator for the relationship between green climate and individual green performance. Green climate also served as a moderator to strengthen the relationship between green crafting and green performance among employees. Implications from these findings are discussed. |
