Growth of gadolinium lutetium gallium Garnet (GLGG) single crystals by Czochralski method

Single crystals of Gd 3Lu 2Ga 3O 12 (GLGG) were grown by the Czochralski method. The obtained crystals were colorless and transparent. Their lattice constants were measured to be 1.26 nm.
