Summary:Primary angiitis of the central nervous system is a rare idiopathic vasculitis affecting small- and medium-sized vessels, isolated to the brain, leptomeninges and spinal cord. We report a case of biopsy-proven primary angiitis of the central nervous system, displaying some atypical features.
