Draft Genome Sequence of Vibrio sp. Strain V1B Isolated from the Gut Microflora of the Scallop Argopecten purpuratus

A new strain, V1B, was isolated from the intestinal tract of the scallop Strain V1B is closely related to the species BFLP-10, which has been characterized as showing antagonistic activity against pathogenic sp. We report here the draft genome of the isolated sp. strain V1B.
