Summary:To investigate the interaction between a superconductor and magnetic material, fabrication of oxide superconductor/oxide magnetic material layered films was examined. From the secondary ion mass spectroscopic analysis, it was found that YBa 2 Cu 3 O y can be fabricated on antiferromagnetic La 0.3 Ca 0.7 MnO 3 , and there is little reaction at the interface of these two layers. However, Bi 2 Sr 2 CaCu 2 O y could not be fabricated because of mutual diffusion at the interface of Bi 2 Sr 2 CaCu 2 O y and La 0.3 Ca 0.7 MnO 3 .
