A Clear Vision for Laser Diagnostics (Review)

Fundamentals and advances of tissue optical properties control as a novel approach for the improvement of linear and nonlinear biomedical spectroscopy and imaging are discussed. The optical immersion method for the use of exogenous optical clearing agents is described and overviewed.
