Hepatitis B vaccine boosting: the debate continues

UK health care workers who are at increased risk for hepatitis B (HBV) are encouraged to get vaccinations against the virus, but the US has a more liberal policy toward HBV vaccinations. UK authorities should move toward the US guidelines.
