However, lymphadenitis following BCG given by the scarification method is rare. We report a case of BCG lymphadenitis occurring 11 and 18 years after vaccination by the scarification method. La lymphadénite est une complication relativement frécuente de la vaccinatión BCG intradérmique. Elle survient généralement 6 à 9 mois après l'injection. Toutefois, la lymphadénite consécutive au BCG administré par scarification est rare. Nous rapportons un cas de lymphadénite à BCG, survenue 11 ans et 18 ans aprés la vaccination par scarification. La linfadenitis es una complicación relativamente frecuente de la vacunación BCG intradérmica y generalmente se observa 6 a 9 meses después de la inyección. Por otra parte, la linfadenitis consecutiva al BCG administrado por el méthodo de escarificación es rara. Presentamos un caso de linfadenitis provocada por BCG que apareció 11 años y 18 años después de la vacunación por escarificacion.
