Summary:By mean of heterophase polymerization on the silica gel surface has been made in situ immobilization of poly [8-methacroyloxy-quinoline], has been received new organic-mineral composite material. Infrared and mass spectroscopy as well as termogravimetry (TG) analysis have been used to elucidate the structure of immobilized polymer. An adsorption capacity of the synthesized composite toward Cu(ІІ), Pb(ІІ), Mn(ІІ), Fe(ІІІ), Cd(ІІ) ions has been estimated. Adsorption activity to microquantities of Cu(ІІ), Mn(ІІ), Fe(ІІІ), Cd(ІІ) in a neutral aqueous medium has been observed.
