Solution-Based In Situ Synthesis and Fabrication of Ultrasensitive CdSe Photoconductors

A simplified novel solution‐based in situ inorganic semiconductor synthesis and film fabrication method demonstrated for CdSe results in a bulk film composed of large particles. The film exhibits high photoconductive responsivity, detectivity, and signal bandwidth.
