Mycobacterium chimaera Infection After Aortic Valve Replacement Presenting With Aortic Dissection and Pseudoaneurysm

We present a case of infection presenting with aortic dissection and pseudoaneuysm in a 22-year-old man with a past history of aortic valve replacement. Clinicians should consider infection in those presenting with aortic dissection as a late complication of cardiovascular surgery.
