Acute intermittent porphyria presenting as posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome with hyperperfusion in bilateral occipital lobes: A case report

Highlights • We report a case of AIP presenting as PRES. • Arterial spin labeling MRI showed hyperperfusion in bilateral occipital lobes. • Hyperperfusion would be related reversible cerebral lesions in acute attacks of AIP.
