Summary: | <Sarah J. Gaskill:< This is a 28-month-old female referred with a delay in ambulation and speech. She initially started walking at 16 months of age. Her gait was never normal and she became progressively more unsteady and fell with increasing frequency. She began to use single words at 1 year of age and at presentation was able to combine 2 words. Her birth history was unremarkable. Of note, she did present with esotropia at 18 months of age and ultimately underwent a bimedial rectus recession of 5.0 mm in each eye at 23 months of age.
