Spin quantum beats in charged and neutral InP quantum dots

We report on several types of quantum beats observed in the photoluminescence kinetics of InP self-assembled quantum dots (QDs) in a magnetic field. It is shown that the charge state of the QDs crucially affects the possibility to observe the beats.
