Summary: | In this paper, Ag doped ZnO nanorods with N plasmon treatment were synthesized on Si substrate based on diffusion doping principle. At the same time, pure ZnO, Ag doped ZnO and ZnO nanorods with N plasmon treatment were also prepared. The experimental results showed that the surface of ZnO/Ag/N is the roughest, but there is no redundant Ag on the surface. The red shift of the absorption edge is the largest. The most noteworthy is that ZnO/Ag/N has a good acceptor emission behavior, and the calculated acceptor binding energy is about 128 meV. |
