Summary:For improving the anti-sliding performance of asphalt pavement in ice-snow areas, a new structure is constructed by using the saline content snowmelt agent- Mafilon, and its mix proportions and construction technology are researched. The experiment result shows that Mafilon material replaces the mineral powder in asphalt concrete with 5%, and this new pavement has good anti-sliding performance in frozen zone. This new pavement is used on the freeway with long and continuous steep vertical slope, and the result shows that the ice and snow landing on the pavement will melt instantly, and don’t ice, so the vehicles may not slipping. The traffic safety is greatly improved. Thereby, the design of mix proportions and construction technology given in this article can be taken as reference for the extending using of asphalt pavement with anti-sliding performance.
