Study on Non-Hydrogenation Refining for RFCC Diesel

Using an FS chemical refining agent can improve the stored stability of RFCC diesel. After being stored for 3 months, colority of refined diesel was 3.0, oxidized total insolubles was 1.9 mg/100 mL, acidity was only 1.6 mg KOH/100 mL, and mercaptan sulfur content was obviously decreasing. The aforem...

Summary:Using an FS chemical refining agent can improve the stored stability of RFCC diesel. After being stored for 3 months, colority of refined diesel was 3.0, oxidized total insolubles was 1.9 mg/100 mL, acidity was only 1.6 mg KOH/100 mL, and mercaptan sulfur content was obviously decreasing. The aforementioned data met the criteria of GB252-2000. Yield of diesel has reached 99.8%. Processing cost was just ¥25/t, which fits conditions in China.
