Lower versus Higher Glycemic Criteria for Diagnosis of Gestational Diabetes

Pregnant women were assigned to be evaluated with lower or higher glycemic criteria for the diagnosis of gestational diabetes. Lower criteria did not reduce the risk of a large-for-gestational-age infant.
