Summary:The project manager's leadership is a key to the success of construction project. With the further worsening of environmental and energy problems, the development of green building has become an inevitable trend. There are little studies on project manager leadership evaluation based on green building project. Through literature review and group discussion, the key success indicators, project manager leadership style and 14 leadership indicators were determined. The hypothesis test was verified by questionnaire survey and multi-group structural equation model. The results provide a theoretical basis for selecting excellent project managers for green building projects.
