Crystallization of eIF4E complexed with eIF4GI peptide and glycerol reveals distinct structural differences around the cap-binding site

It has come to our attention that there is an error in the chemical formula for NH 4 SO 4 throughout our previously published manuscript, Brown CJ, et al. Cell Cycle 2009; 8:1905-1911. This should be (NH 4 ) 2 SO 4 . We sincerely regret these errors and any confusion they may cause.
