Summary:Since using of Light-Emitting Diode (LED) lighting fixtures, researchers are working to improve the efficiency and increase the lifetime of LEDs. Each LED lighting fixture consists of two main parts, the 1st part is LEDs lenses that produce illumination, and the 2 nd part is the LED driver that energized the LEDs with the required operating voltage and current. One of the most important issues that the researchers follow to increase the lifetime of LEDs is to replace the electrolytic capacitor to avoid the repeated flashlight or Purkinje effect on human eyes and animal behaviors. This paper submits a free-cost method to reduce the size and cost of the passive LED driver components such as electrolytic capacitors and inductors also managing the voltage and current rating of active components such as power electronic switches (MOSFET and Diode) to manage their cost, the new method is depending on adjusting the LEDs lenses connection's to fit the suitable LEDs equivalent dynamic resistance that regulating the LEDs voltage and current ripple, then fulfill the optimum size of the LED driver components that calculated by the designer and selecting the nearest corresponding standard value in the market.
