Summary:Aspergillosis of the central nervous system (CNS) is a rare, but well described disease in immuno-competent patients. We present a 65-year-old patient who developed neuro-aspergillosis 10 months after severe cranio-facial trauma (Le Fort III). He was treated successfully with surgery including stereotactic drainage and, with Amphotericin B, Liposomal Amphotericin B, and Itraconazol.
