A Study of the Microstructure and Magnetic Properties of Fe – Cr – Co Alloys with Reduced Content of Coobtained by the Mim Technology

The possibility of fabrication of permanent magnets based on a Fe – Cr – Co alloy with reduced cobalt content by the MIM technology is considered. The method is used to obtain permanent magnets 3 × 2 × 6 mm in size with magnetic properties close to those of standard 25Kh15KA magnets produced by inve...

Summary:The possibility of fabrication of permanent magnets based on a Fe – Cr – Co alloy with reduced cobalt content by the MIM technology is considered. The method is used to obtain permanent magnets 3 × 2 × 6 mm in size with magnetic properties close to those of standard 25Kh15KA magnets produced by investment casting. The microstructure and the magnetic properties of the alloys are studied.
