Quantitative analysis of bile acids and their conjugates in duodenal aspirate by fluorimetry after cellulose acetate electrophoresis

Duodenal aspirates are directly applied to cellulose acetate without any previous purification. Bile salts are separated by electrophoresis into seven bands. After enzymatic reaction, quantitative fluorimetric determination was performed on each band of non-sprayed cellulose acetate strips.
