Preliminary crystallographic data for influenza virus neuraminidase “heads”

Neuraminidase “heads” released by Pronase digestion from particles of a recombinant influenza virus (A/NWS HA—Tokyo/3/67 NA, HON2) have been purified and crystallised. The crystals are tetragonal with space group I422 and cell dimensions a = 143 A ̊ , c = 210 A ̊ .
