Did we solve the old contradiction between microscopic and macroscopic experimental PFNS data?

Summary:Prompt Fission Neutron Spectra (PFNS) were analysed in the “dimensionless scale”. The important empirical facts were demonstrated. PFNS have the same shape for any isotopes and incident energy (<5MeV) for neutron induced and spontaneous fission. This is an additional argument for application of the scale method developed before. It was highlighted that spectrum shape changes slope at outgoing energy > 7 MeV. This fact was demonstrated with microscopic and macroscopic data. It was confirmed that old contradiction between microscopic and macroscopic data (mic-mac problem) has not yet been resolved.
