Summary:Analysis of some basic statements of the physical theory of structure and properties of molecules and chemical transformations leads to conclusions that agree with the observed features of evolutionary processes of the molecular world. It is shown that the high density of energy levels, which is attainable only in large and complex molecular objects, sharply increases the probability of reactions and structural rearrangements and causes a noticeable decrease in the activation energy. We exemplify the constructing of a mathematical model of a multistage process, which includes intramolecular transitions accompanied by absorption or emission of electromagnetic waves and transformations such as monomolecular structural isomerization, synthesis and decomposition.
