Summary:This paper reports the first factorial design of a micro Venturi injector completed by a simulative investigation of the device. For the first time, a comprehensive correlation between the point of the maximum vacuum pressure generated by the Venturi nozzle and the variation of the inlet pressure is shown. The device reported in this contribution enables a new solution for robust low-pressure generation in parallel fluidic channels.
