Synthesis of pyrrole carboxamide nucleotide triphosphates—putative labelled nucleotide analogues

The syntheses of pyrrole carboxamide nucleotide triphosphates and the initial results of their incorporation by Klenow fragment are reported. The two pyrrole carboxamide nucleotide triphosphates have been prepared and screened as Klenow fragment substrates.
