Mathematical modeling of heat treatment of three-layered material

The paper presents mathematical models of the thermal behavior of the three-layered material in the presence of a thin air gap between the two of them. Summary:The paper presents mathematical models of the thermal behavior of the three-layered material in the presence of a thin air gap between the two of them. Both convective and radiative-convective heat transfers with the environment are considered. As a result of an acceptance of a set of assumptions, the relationships to estimate the change of the material temperature in the layers over time were found for each of these cases.
