Remarks on "Decay rate constrained stability analysis for positive systems with discrete and distributed delays"

In this note, we provide remarks on our earlier paper on the α-exponential stability analysis subject to decay rate constraint. It is pointed out that the result statements should be stated as greater than α. For completeness, a refined proof on the basic result is provided.
