Summary: | The purpose of this manuscript is to show the applicability of a recently developed simplest fuzzy PI/PD controller in simulation and real-time. An unstable plant with large time-delay is controlled in simulation using the simplest fuzzy PI controller, and a nonlinear and unstable magnetic levitation system is controlled in real-time with the help of the simplest fuzzy PD controller. The simulation results are compared with the existing results to show the usefulness of the newly designed controller. |
