Summary:Nonmonotonic calibration dependence has been found during the fluorescent detection when performing the competitive immune analysis of insulin in a microfluidic device with the integrated sensor element based on silicate porous glass. A possible version of the interpretation of the observed effect has been discussed. The effect of the light flux intensity of the source radiation on the fluorescence of the sensor element has been studied experimentally.
