Summary:The dark conductivity of carbon nanowall (CNW) films deposited by hot-wire CVD was investigated. The conductivity of CNW films increased with increasing the film thickness. The CNW films have wall structure stood on substrate and the wall structure grows after initial layer was formed. The conductivity of the wall structure was estimated from above result. The conductivity of the wall structure increased with increasing temperature. Based on these results, the electrical properties of CNW films were discussed. ► The electrical properties of CNW films were investigated. ► The conductivity of wall structured layer of 53.5S/cm ► The initial layer would be amorphous carbon. ► The conductivity of the CNW increased with the increasing of the temperature. ► The electrical properties of the CNW would be semimetal characteristic.
