Summary:The Basque Country population is one of the most aged worldwide and one of the regions most affected by COVID-19. We recently characterized the profile of Basque centenarians and found that most were women, had fewer neoplasms, required fewer consultations, and displayed better biological profiles.9 In this study, we aimed to characterize the impact of the COVID-19 disease on Basque centenarians, in terms of number of positive tests, survival after COVID-19, contact with the health system, pharmacological treatments, and laboratory analyses.
