Summary: | Solar cell absorber Cu2ZnSnS4 (CZTS) thin films have been prepared for two different pH (10 and 11) values by chemical bath deposition method. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) pattern confirms the formation of polycrystalline tetragonal CZTS thin films. UV–vis spectrum shows higher absorption in the entire visible region. Photosensitivity observation suggests that the prepared CZTS thin films are suitable for Solar cell application. |
