Summary:Anew analytical method using reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) has been developed for analysis of four antiretroviral molecules Lamivudine, Abacavir, Zidovudine, and Efavirenz. The proposed method was validated in accordance with the ICH Q2 (R1) validation guidelines by determining its selectivity, linearity, accuracy, and precision. Based on the results, the method is an effective choice to analyze these drugs in their single and combined pharmaceutical dosage forms.
