Summary:A design of an electrochemical apparatus for separating solutions of chemical and machine-building industries has been developed and the area of membranes in flat channels of flanges has been calculated. It was determined that the increment in the flange membranes area of the apparatus of the developed design in comparison with the prototypes is 16%.
