Summary:To investigate emission properties depending on the inorganic binders, two types of photosensitive CNT paste were formulated using glass frit and spin on glass (SOG) as an inorganic binder. For uniform thickness and patterning of CNT paste, backside exposure and development process were carried out after screen printing and drying process. CNT paste films with different inorganic binders were fired at various conditions and their emission properties were evaluated. We also investigated emission stabilities of printed CNT emitter after the electrical aging treatment.
