A Comparison of Video and Text-Based Questionnaire Methods for Testing Older Adults
The use of two questionnaire formats designed to test self-efficacy for an exercise-specific task in elderly participants experienced an inexperienced with the Fitball exercise program is compared. Participants significantly preferred the video-based method.
