Summary:The objective of this study was to develop a high-efficiency graphene composite adhesive with excellent heat dissipation characteristic while maintaining its adhesiveness. The graphene to adhesive ratio was optimized in the adhesive mixture for the development of the superior heat dissipation sheet, and then its characteristics were compared to those of the heat dissipation sheet using the conventional adhesive. As a result, the thickness of the optimized graphene composite adhesive were found to be 20μm thinner than the conventional adhesive, and the thermal conductivity of the heat dissipation sheet improved by about 360% using the optimized graphene composite adhesive.
