Weighted estimates for bilinear fractional integral operators

Moen (2016) proved weighted estimates for the bilinear fractional integrals where q≤1. We improve his results when q=1 and consider the case q>1. As a corollary we obtain a bilinear Stein–Weiss inequality where q≥1.
