Summary:Axillary lymphangiomas are congenital vascular malformations seen rarely in the adult age spectrum. We report a case where a rapidly growing, large, axillary lymphangioma in a 45-year-old man was managed successfully with surgical resection. While there is an expanding role of sclerotherapeutic techniques in the management of lymphangiomas, we feel that complete surgical resection in eligible cases offers the best outcome for the patient.
