Summary: | Comparisons were made using chi-square (categorical variables) and analysis of variance (continuous variables) statistical tests. 174 individuals completed the survey (Table 1) including resident program directors (n = 70, 40.2%) with greater than four years of experience (n = 66, 37.9%), and from academic health systems (n = 86, 44.3%). There were no program level characteristics associated with burnout (e.g., type of program, region, size of educational leadership team, presence of fellows).
