Ion-carrier electron exchange constants for CdCoSe semimagnetic semiconductor

Magnetoreflectance and magnetization measurements were performed on the recently synthesized semimagnetic semiconductor Cd 0.952Co 0.048Se. The results allowed to obtain for the first time both ion-carrier exchange constants Noα = 279±29 meV and Noβ = -1873±42 meV.
