Summary:Papillary cystadenocarcinoma involving the salivary glands is rare, and there are only about 13 case reports and a single large series of 57 cases in the literature. We report 2 cases of this rare entity with emphasis on the diagnostic histomorphological features. The cases are also distinctive, in that they have an epithelial lining, which is oncocytic throughout. One of our cases was detected in an 8-year-old male child, which is itself a rarity.
