Resistance of okra (Hibiscus esculentus L.) cultivars to premature fruit abortion induced by Choanephora cucurbitarum
Nine okra (Hibiscus esculentus Linn.) cultivars were evaluated in the field for 2 years for their susceptibility to premature fruit abortion induced by Choanephora cucurbitarum (Berk & Rav.) Thaxt. Results indicated differences in abortion varying from 24 to 73% between the cultivars tested.
