Summary:The paper shows some results of computer simulation of roller straightening process. Whole process (from entry to product exit) is simulated. Supporters flexibility, radii and current positions of the rollers, history of the product deformation, material properties of the straightened product are included into mathematical model. Result of the simulations are related to some experimental data and a sufficient compatibility is found. The simulations allowed to explain some phenomenon noticed in experiments.
