On diffusion propagation of the reaction front in a topochemical thermal decomposition reaction

The existence of a stationary front has been established and its characteristics such as the propagation velocity and the width of a transient zone have been found within the scope of a simple model of the autocatalytic topochemical reaction involving diffusion.
